If you would like help with your purchase or you do not feel confident in using the internet please call us on 01626 365536 and we can take your order over the phone, At busy times you may get an answer phone, please leave your name and number and what you would like to order and the best person to deal with your order will call you back.
When selecting a font style you can see what your name will look like in that font by going to a word pro document and change the font to a style on the list. If you are unable to do that we can send you a proof via email with your name in the font you have chosen. We will not be held responsible for a font selection that you do not like after the goods have been embroidered. No refund will be processed.
Dispatch and Payment
We aim to dispatch standard stock lines within 2 days, embroidered, made to measure or personalised colours can take up to 28 working days to dispatch. Please Email us if you would like a estimated delivery date.
Please note that by selecting the 1-2day delivery it does not mean that your made to order rug/saddle cloth, will be with you next day! our dispatch time of 28days still stands. if you have left it late to order something then please ring and we will do our best to get it to you or help with colours in stock etc in order to get it to you as soon as possible.

All goods must be paid for in full before they can be despatched. Payment is accepted by the following methods:
Paypal Checkout
Cheque made payable to Satin Stitch (7 days clearance required),
Bank Transfer or most major Credit and Debit Cards (We do not accept American Express).
 Christmas Orders
The order Deadline for this years Christmas Orders are as follows
Standard Embroidered item Stock Saddle Cloths, Jackets, Bridle Bags Etc  = 10th of December
Made to Measure, colour and Bespoke items  = 5th December
We can not be held responsible for disapointment if you order is place after these dates.

Items should be returned to us within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, receipt/invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our workshop.

A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges
