Ordering
 
If you would like help with your purchase or you do not feel confident in using the internet please call us on 01626 365536 and we can take your order over the phone, At busy times you may get an answer phone, please leave your name and number and what you would like to order and the best person to deal with your order will call you back.
 
 
Dispatch and Payment
 
 
We aim to dispatch standard stock lines within 2 days, embroidered, made to measure or personalised colours can take up to 28 working days to dispatch. Please call if you would like a estimated delivery date.

Payment
All goods must be paid for in full before they can be despatched. Payment is accepted by the following methods:
Google Checkout
Paypal Checkout
 Cheque made payable to Satin Stitch (7 days clearance required),
Bank Transfer or most major Credit and Debit Cards (We do not accept American Express).
 
 Christmas Orders
The order Deadline for this years Christmas Orders are as follows
Standard Embroidered item Stock Saddle Cloths, Jackets, Bridle Bags Etc  = Sunday 11th December
Made to Measure, colour and Bespoke items  = Thursday 1st December
We can not be held responsible for disapointment if you order is place after these dates.
 
Returns
Returns

Items should be returned to us within 28 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, receipt/invoice and a covering letter, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that the below items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our factory.

A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges
